I procastinate too much. I need to study for bio, like real studying with no prosastination and no distractions. How do you study?

I am so pissed off no one told me, when I was the one that asked. Thanks alot. I really appreciate it. I am just not in a good mood right now. I hella hate it now. I hate you.
